Free new base plate parts for HTP-SLH600 home cinema system owners

To increase the stability of the S-HV600B speaker system (included in the HTP-SLH600 home cinema system launched in July 2011), new base plate parts are made available to system owners for more protection against overturning.

If you own a HTP-SLH600 system, please check if the "sound bar" has a white dot on the product label, located on the bottom of the product. This indicates that the base plates have already been installed on your product.

If not, and the serial number is between KFMN000001EK and KFMN000200EK, please contact our customer support center who will provide the base plate parts free of charge.
